Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to following terms, please do read carefully.

GENERAL:♦ I reserve the right to decline service to anyone, for any reason.
♦ By commissioning Artist, Client agrees that Work will be in the respective artist's styles such as, proportions, colours, and any other artistic choices. Artist can refuse any related revision requests.
♦ Invoices, proposal or payment link will be sent to the Client when Artist is ready to begin work.
♦ Invoices must be paid within 48 hours, or the project may be cancelled.
♦ I do not authorize my work to be used for AI learning.
♦ Credit must be given if you chose to upload your artwork.
♦ Clients are not allowed to claim credit for creating the artwork.
♦ Clients are not permitted to reproduce, modify, or trace the artwork without explicit permission from the artist.
♦ I reserve the right to cancel at any time. Inappropriate behaviours can result in denial of all services, for present or future commissions.PAYMENT :♦Payments are required to be completed upfront. Split payments are not available under 100€
♦ Price may differ depending on the complexity of the commissioned art
♦ Additional characters will be subject to 50% increase of the base price
♦ I'll ONLY start after payment has been receivedPROCESS :♦ Please provide a reference or describe the details of what you want (ex: outfit, pose, specific colors, etc.)
♦ Request for minor changes (no extra charges) is allowed before the flat color process (maximum : 3)
♦ If you still want to make changes after the sketch process, I'll ask for extra charge depend of the request you did
♦ Be patient, I'll keep you update with WIP screenshots and notifications
♦ The finished artwork will be sent through email on high resolution (format : PNG or PDF)USE :♦ I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. I have the right to post it or use it in my portfolio
♦ Repost on social media with credit are okay
♦ Commercial work will be subject to +200% (for merch/prints) of the total price. The non-commercial work will be for personal use only. Do not profit off of it nor use it commercially.REFUNDS AND CONCELING :♦ If I'm already past the sketch stage, refunds are not allowed
♦ If you wish cancel commission during sketch process, i will only refund 50%
